교육과정 중 현장실습이 진로결정과 취업의사에 미치는 영향 - 관광관련학과 학생을 중심으로 -

This study analyzed what factors had effected on career decision and job intention of tourism related department students through the field placement to entities among the curriculum of the college, and purposes to drag practical implications appeared from the field placement. As a result of the analysis; first of all, motivation factors like field adaptability and necessity of foreign language studies, welfares such as satisfaction of quality of food and uniform, field placement programs like orientation and systematic field placement programs, and satisfaction of the amount received after the field placement had effected on the career decision. Second, motivation factors like field duty capability improvement by the field placement and various work experiences, welfare, such as satisfaction of lunch time and cleanliness of the changing room, regular interview with a responsible person of the trainee and training programs, and relationship with colleagues like maintaining good relationship with employees and help of a manager had shown to have an influence on the job intention. Third, selecting a career, time to search career and an opportunity to decide career were appeared to have the effects of the factors of various employment information. Therefore, the career decision made by the field placement had appeared to have an influence to the job intention.
