조리직업훈련 교육이 자기효능감과 자아존중감에 미치는 영향 -교도소 조리직업훈련 수형자를 중심으로-

This study was conducted on the prisoners who have received cooking training and left about 1 week to be completed in the H prison vocational training prisoner operated as the largest level among the public vocational training prisons of the Ministry of Justice The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of prisoners on self - efficacy and self - esteem while receiving cooking training, and to compare the implications of these findings in connection with the results of previous vocational training. To accomplish the purpose of the study, 220 juvenile trainees were distributed, and 201 juveniles were finally analyzed except for the questionnaire which was rejected or omitted. The statistical package SPSS 21.00 and AMOS 20.0 were used to conduct structural equations to analyze the causal relationship between latent variables and observational variables for confirmatory factor analysis and hypothesis testing. As a result of the study, Hypothesis 1 shows that curriculum and instructor of cooking training have a positive effect on self - efficacy. As a result of indirect effect of Hypothesis 3 's self - efficacy, indirect mediation effect was found in the relationship between curriculum, instructor and self - esteem. Through this study, it is found that cooking education training can find stability in the closure group life of a special environment called prison and develop self - confidence to adapt to employment in it. It is expected that it will be a base to improve social adjustment and employment rate with education that can change the nature of positive interaction with interpersonal relationship by strengthening self-efficacy and self-esteem, and it will help to prevent recidivism.
