수형자의 직업포부에 영향을 미치는 요인분석

이 연구는 출소를 1년 미만 남겨놓고 있는 수형자를 대상으로 출소 후 직업유지· 강화에 영향을 주는 요인분석에 대한 연구로서, 교정복지 증진을 위한 방안을 마련하는 기초연구이다. 본 연구를 위하여 9개 교도소, 2개 직업훈련교도소, 1개 구치소에 수용되어있는 수형자 742명(남자 589명, 여자 152명)을 연구대상으로 하였다. 본 연구에서 2가지 설정된 연구문제를 검증하기 위하여 spsswin18.0을 사용하여 요인분석, 신뢰성분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 직접효과와 간접효과를 계상하여 경로분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 직업훈련 유무, 진로단절의 인식, 자기효능감, 진로유지∙강화 간에는 직∙간접적인 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 진로유지 · 강화에 가장 영향을 많이 준 요인은 자기효능감이며, 진로단절의 인식, 직업훈련 유무의 순으로 영향을 미쳤다.
Abstract
This study was conducted on inmates with less than a year’s remaining serving term and conducted to investigate the influence factors of maintaining and strengthening of their career after release from prison. This pursues to establish for promotion of correctidns welfare. For study, people (589 men, 152 women)who are in nine in detention center, are participated. Data processing was done through the SPSSWIN 18.0 program. The data was verified through factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis. Direct effects and indirect effects were appropriated for path analysis. The results were as follows;Vocational training availability is verified that total effect is .158, a direct effect is .106, an indirect effect is.052. career discontinuity recognition is verified that total effect is -.295, a direct effect is -.198, and an indirect effect is -.097. The self-efficacy is verified that total effect is .492, a direct effect is .492 but there is not an indirect effect. In other words, this study presents that there are direct and indirect effects among vocational training availability, career discontinuity recognition, self-efficacy and maintaining and strengthening of career. Self-efficacy have the biggest influence on maintaining and strengthening of career, and career discontinuity recognition, vocational training availability affected.
