This study drew a hypothesis after designing a new research model based on existing studies on the educational environment, intention to re-take classes, and educational satisfaction for students who have taken coffee education institutions. To verify the hypothesis, a questionnaire survey was conducted on students of educational institutions certified by the Korea Coffee Association in Gwangju, Jeonnam, and Jeonbuk, and an empirical analysis was conducted. After distributing 300 copies of the questionnaire, 248 copies of the questionnaire were used for analysis, excluding 52 copies of the unfaithful questionnaire. The SPSS/WIN statistical program 20.0 was used to test the hypothesis of the study, and factor analysis, frequency analysis, simple correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed. The research results show that H1, 'the educational environment will have a significant positive (+) effect on the intention to re-take classes.' And H2, and 'the educational environment will have a significant positive (+) effect on educational satisfaction.' All were found to be statistically significant.
