초록

The hotel business center has emerged as a strategic service facility that enhances the convenience and work efficiency of business travelers through the integration of advanced information and communication technologies and innovative space utilization strategies. At the same time, it contributes to increasing the added value of the hotel by expanding its role beyond a simple office-support function. In line with the evolving needs of business travelers, business centers are expected to develop into broader service domains within the hospitality industry. This study collected and analyzed social media data related to hotel business centers in order to identify relevant keywords, usage experiences, perception structures, and expectation factors of potential consumers. The findings of the analysis are as follows. First, keywords such as recommendation, method, discount, accommodation, Seoul, breakfast, cost-effectiveness, service, free, room, swimming pool, Busan, travel, work, convenience, reservation, restaurant, 24 hours, and review were actively discussed across social media platforms. Second, the results of centrality analysis revealed that terms representing the core attributes of hotel business centers—such as discount, cost-effectiveness, work, convenience, 24 hours, business trip, and support services—exhibited high centrality values, indicating their central role in consumer perception. Third, the CONCOR analysis identified four distinctive clusters: cost-effective business trips and tourism, premium MICE and global customers, convenience and support services, and business hotel lifestyle.
