대학생의 기업가정신이 창업의도에 미치는 영향: 창업교육 및 직계가족 창업경험의 조절효과를 중심으로

초록

본 연구는 자기고용을 통한 실업문제 해소, 일자리 창출, 나아가 생태계 혁신을 통한 장기적 경제성장의 차원에서 창업의 중요성을 바탕으로 기업가정신, 창업의도, 창업교육, 직계가족 창업경험의 구조적 관계를 검증했다. 본 연구는 기업가정신 연구에 관한 이론적 지평을 확장할 수 있고 창업을 활성화시키기 위한 구체적인 정책적 대안을 제시할 수 있음에 의의가 있다. 위계적 회귀분석을 활용한 연구결과를 살펴보면 기업가정신 하부요인 중 혁신성, 진취성, 위험감수성 모두 창업의도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향이 보고되었다. 하지만 이들의 관계에서 창업교육과 직계가족 창업경험의 조절효과는 기각되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 단일차원에서 기업가정신 논의의 필요성과 기업가정신이 펼쳐질 수 있는 창업 생태계 조성의 필요성을 제시했다. 나아가, 작금의 창업교육이 나아가야 할 방향과 한국의 직계가족 역할모델의 한계를 논의하고 극복방안을 제시했다. 본 연구는 연구대상에서 인문·사회 계열 학생의 높은 비중과 창업의도 측정에 있어서 기술기반 창업의도를 구체적으로 설문하지 못했다는 한계가 있다.

Abstract

This study verified the structural relationship of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial intentions, entrepreneurial education, and entrepreneurial experience of first-degree relatives based on the importance of entrepreneurship in terms of solving unemployment problems through self-employment, job creation, and long-term economic growth through ecosystem innovation. This study is meaningful in that it can expand the theoretical horizon for entrepreneurship research and suggest specific policy alternatives to revitalize start-ups. Looking at the research results using hierarchical regression analysis, among the sub-factors of entrepreneurship, innovativeness, Proactiveness, and risk-taking were all reported to have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. However, in their relationship, the moderating effect of entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial experience of first-degree relatives was rejected. Based on the results of this study, the necessity of discussing entrepreneurship at a single level and the necessity of creating a start-up ecosystem where entrepreneurship can unfold was presented. Furthermore, the direction of the current entrepreneurship education and the limitations of the role model of the First-degree Relatives in Korea were discussed and suggested ways to overcome it. This study has a limitation in that the proportion of humanities and social studies students in the survey is high. In addition, there is a limitation in that it has not been able to specifically survey the technology-based entrepreneurial intentions.
