전북 지역 권번 춤의 전승현황에 관한 고찰

Traditional dance of Korea was developed by regional groups centering around an institution named gwonbeon. Thus, this study aims to suggest value of transmission of regional dance and characteristics of regionality by attempting an analysis on the transmission process of gwonbeon dance of Jeonbuk area which is one of regional dances. Gwonbeon dance of Jeonbuk area has been designated as an intangible cultural asset within the cities and provinces, and study results show that a systematic process of transmission is being performed. It is considered that such results came from the regionality of Jeolla-do that loves and enjoys arts, and is also considered a desirable phenomenon for revitalization of regional dance of Jeolla-do.
