무용예술강사의 교수설계 과정 영향요인 분석 – 문화예술교육 현장을 중심으로

This study aims to identify the elements affecting the process of instructional design of dance art instructors, who active in the field of arts and culture education. As a result, it was found the instructional design of dance art instructors goes through a process categorized into 10, and it is affected by five factors. The implications derived based on the results of this study are summarized as follows: First, dance art instructors’ instructional design compromises constructive perspective and objective perspective. Second, the present dance instruction model should present the concrete practical behavior and the expected application result for the application to the field in detail. Third, supports for the improvement and supplementation of the class of dance art instructors are needed. This study proposes the operation of on/offline training programs for building collaborative partnerships and strengthening capacity of the instructors in order to support dance art instructors’ instructional design activity and develop the dance education and suggests the development of a developmental model as a follow-up study.
