Abstract

The purpose of this study is to open the military fitness center to the private society, considering the civil-military-related implications for the community and leisure activities. To this end, relevant literature materials were collected and investigated, and related phenomena and facts were analyzed based on field surveys, experience, and theory of good conduct in civil-military relations. First of all, the norm is that the military fitness center has opened up to the private sector. We looked at economic and socio-cultural environmental factors. After the opening of the facility, the interrelationships appearing in various leisure activities of members of the private society were analyzed, and the main phenomena of civil-military relations coexisting and co-existing with the local community were explained, the relevant facts were identified. According to the study, the military-military-related implications are first, The military physical fitness center has the status of being the only integrated civilian-military leisure facility that guarantees leisure activities of civilian-military members on a legal basis, economic utility and socio-cultural basis. Second, the military fitness center forms an exchangeable civil-military relationship that realizes the social value of mutual co-prosperity with local residents. Policy implications are that military fitness centers should not forget military specialties and commit errors that flow to commercialization and privatization by citing excessive management goals. Military specificity should be replaced by civilian consumption and recognized as a consumer so that there will be no case of deconstruction of the essence. In addition, the government prohibited the financial appropriation of public facilities to other areas that are pointed out as shortcomings of public facilities. It should focus on improving infrastructure so that it can gain trust from private customers.
