학교현장실습학기제 운영 모형 개발과 적용에 관한 실행연구

교육부는 2021년 학교 현장 변화에 유연하게 대응하는 미래 교원을 길러내기 위한 방안으로 ‘학교현장실습학기제’ 전면 도입을 추진하였고, 이후 국내 여러 교원양성기관에서 실습학기제를 시범 운영하고 있다. 이 연구는 서울 지역 내에서 처음으로 학교현장실습학기제를 시범 운영한 실습학기제 운영 모형이 어떻게 개발되었는지, 운영 과정에서 실습생이 어떠한 경험을 하였는지를 살펴보기 위하여 실행연구의 방법을 활용하였다. 기존 4주 교육실습의 문제를 분석하고, 실습학기제 운영 모형을 개발하여 적용하고, 그 결과를 비판적으로 성찰한 결과를 토대로 이후 내실있는 실습학기제 운영을 위한 개선 과제를 도출하였다.
Abstract
The Ministry of Education promoted the 'school practicum semester system' in 2021 as a way to train future teachers. Since then, several teacher education institutions in Korea have been piloting the semester program. This study utilized the method of action research to understand how the school practicum semester system operational model was developed at H University and the experiences of trainees. For this purpose, data related to the operation of the school practicum semester and data from observations and interviews with trainees were collected and analyzed. Through the research, we identified the learning, growth, and difficulties of the trainees. Based on these findings, we suggested issues that need to be addressed and improved for the successful operation of the school practicum semester.
