교육실습제도 내실화 방안의 탐색: 교육대학교의 교육실습을 중심으로

본 연구는 교원양성 교육과정에서 교육실습의 중요성을 인지하여 현행 교육실습 관련 문제를 해소하고, 예비교사에게 충분한 배움과 적성의 확인 기회를 제공하기 위해 교육실습 내실화의 일환으로 교육실습제도 운영의 다양한 방안과 교육실습의 연장 중 하나의 방안인 실습학기제 등을 검토하였다. 전문성, 현장성, 연계성의 교육실습제도 개편 준거를 마련하고, 문헌 연구, 전문가 협의회 및 FGI를 실시하여 연구를 수행하였다. 교육실습제도 내실화 방안으로 분산형 실습, 상시 실습, 학기 단위 집중 실습, 현장 교사와의 공동연구 수행, 절충형 모델을 제시하고, 개편 준거와의 정합성을 분석하였다. 또한, 이와 같은 교육실습제도 운영에 필요한 지원 체제를 모색하고, 향후 내실 있는 교육실습제도 개선을 위한 향후 과제를 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통해 교원양성 교육과정 중 상대적으로 경시되어왔던 교육실습의 의미를 재확인하고, 교육실습 내실화를 통해 예비교사의 현장 교직역량 강화에 도움이 되길 기대한다.
Abstract
This study recognizes the importance of education practicum in the teacher training curriculum, solves current education practicum-related problems, and provides opportunities for pre-service teachers to learn and confirm aptitude. As part of the substantialization of education practicum, various methods of operating the education practicum system and the practical semester system, which is one of the extensions of education practicum, were reviewed. The criteria for reorganization of the education practicum of professionalism, fieldwork, and connectivity were prepared, and research was conducted by literature study, expert council, and FGI. Distributed practice, regular practice, semester-based intensive practice, joint research with field teachers, and an eclectic model were presented as a way to substantiate the education practicum, and the coherence with the reorganization criteria was analyzed. In addition, the support system necessary for the operation of such an education practicum system was sought, and future tasks were derived for the improvement of the substantial education practicum system in the future. Through this study, it is expected that the meaning of education practicum, which has been relatively neglected in the teacher training curriculum, will be reconfirmed, and it will be helpful to strengthen the field teaching competency of pre-service teachers through the internalization of education practicum.
