국내 트럭 운송업의 운임결정 요소 분석

본 연구에서는 국내 트럭 운송업의 운임결정에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 확인하고, 차종에 따른 개별 운임결정 요소들의 영향력을 도출하고자 한다. 화물운송비용 산정시 운송거리, 화물중량, 1km당 운송비용, 고정비용 등의 관련계수가 적용된다. 그러나, 화물운송비용에 운송거리, 운송시간, 적재중량, 보험료, 지입료, 주선료, 거래단계 등 운임결정 요소들의 영향력과 기존의 화물운송비용에 차종별 특성의 반영여부에 대한 연구가 부족한 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 한국교통연구원의 2014년 1분기의 화물자동차 통행실태조사를 이용하여 회귀분석법을 적용하였으나, 선정된 샘플이 우리나라 전체 화물자동차의 특성을 대변하지 못할 경우 대표성의 문제가 발생하게 되므로, 부스트래핑(Bootstraping) 기법을 이용하여 샘플의 차종별 비율과 통계자료상의 차종별 비율을 일치시켰다. 전체차종에 대한 회귀분석결과, 지입·주선료 미포함시 운행시간의 영향력은 0.8975로 분석되어, 운행시간이 운임에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 결정요소로 나타났다. 지입·주선료 포함시 적재중량, 보험료의 영향이 거의 비슷하게 나타났으나, 시간의 영향력은 0.8138로 운임에 미치는 영향력은 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 거래단계가 증가할수록 운임이 상승하는 것으로 나타났으며, 지입과 주선료가 높을수록 운임이 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나, 본 연구는 2014년 1/4분기의 자료를 토대로 분석된 결과이므로 이를 우리나라 전체의 화물운임에 대한 결과로 확대해석하기는 어렵다고 할수 있다. 따라서, 향후 연구과제로 최근 10년간의 자료를 이용하여 동일한 방법으로 분석하여 화물운임 결정요소들간의 관계를 규명하고자 한다.
Abstract
This study analyzed the factors determining domestic truck transportation fare and deduced the influence of each factors by a type of vehicle. This study was applied regression analysis using truck traveling survey of first quarter in 2014 conducted by Korea Transport Institute. We reconciled the ratio of each type of vehicles in the model with that in the statistics using Bootstraping method for the selected samples to represent the whole trucks’ characteristics in Korea. As a result of the regression analysis, traveling distance is the most important determining factor for transportation fare. traveling distance influences 0.66 on transportation fare excluding consignment fee. When consignment fee is included, loading weight and insurance shows similar influence. But, influence of traveling distance decreases to 0.51. Also the fare increases as intermediary steps increase and consignment fee and commission fee get expensive. In future research, study on the relationship between factors affecting to korea truck transportation fee will be conducted using 10 years data with the same method.
