사이버대학 성인학습자의 이러닝준비도가 학업성취에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

본 연구에서는 사이버대학 성인학습자의 이러닝준비도와 학업성취에 영향을 미치는 요인과 이들의 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 기술, 자기주도학습, 온라인 관계형성, 온라인 읽기, 동영상 학습콘텐츠, 팀 프로젝트, 수업성공을 위한 요소 등의 7개 영역, 38문항으로 구성된 이러닝준비도 조사도구를 사용하였다. A사이버대학교 학습자를 대상으로 이러닝준비도 설문을 실시하여 1,375명의 응답 자료를 분석하였고, Pearson의 상관관계 분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째로 사이버대학교 학습자들의 7개 영역에 걸친 이러닝준비도 조사결과는 평균 3.91로 나타나 대다수의 학습자들이 보통 수준 이상의 역량을 갖고 있는 것으로 인식되었다. 둘째로, 이들의 이러닝준비도 요인이 학업성취와 어떤 관계를 갖고 있는지 변인 간 상관관계를 살펴본 결과, 자기주도학습, 수업성공요소, 온라인 읽기 변인이 학업성취와 상호관련성을 갖고 있었다. 마지막으로 사이버대학 학습자들의 이러닝준비도 요소가 학업성취에 영향을 주는가를 분석한 결과, 자기주도학습 요인과 수업성공요소가 미미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 사이버대학 성인학습자들의 이러닝 학습을 위한 준비도 특성을 파악하고 학업성취에 영향을 미치는 특성이 무엇인지를 이해하는데 도움을 주는 실증적인 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 교수자들은 본 연구의 결과를 활용함으로써 그들의 학습대상의 특성을 파악하고 그들에게 적합한 수업활동을 지원하는데 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting their relationships with e-learning readiness and academic achievement in an adult learners of cyber university. To do this, e-learning readiness consisting of seven areas and 38 questions such as techniques, self-directed learning, online relationships, online reading, video learning content, team projects, and success factors for teaching were used to investigate tool. In this study, e-learning readiness survey response data were analyzed for 1,375 students, the correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis of Pearson was conducted. Main results are as follows. First, e-learning readiness survey results across the seven areas of cyber university student recognized an average 3.91 and the majority of learners have a more normal level competence. Second, the results of e-learning readiness factors examined the relationship between variables that have some relationship to academic achievement, self-directed learning, classroom success factors, team projects, online reading had a correlation with academic achievement. Finally, the analysis results that e-learning readiness factors of cyber university learners does the effect on academic achievement, self-directed learning and teaching success factors was found on a small effect. The results of this study can be utilized in an effort to determine the nature of e-learning readiness for the cyber university students and may be used as empirical data to understand what characteristics that influence academic achievement. In addition, instructors will determine the nature of their learning targets by taking advantage of the results of this study and be able to take to support classroom activities for them.
