恐怖主义犯罪严重危及国际社会的和平发展与稳定,影响到国家的正常发展以及国家间的信任。恐怖主义活动所造成的损失是难以数计的。打击恐怖主义，首先应解决管辖权冲突问题。我国也深受恐怖主义犯罪的危害，研究恐怖主义犯罪管辖权问题对我国具有非常重要的意义。我国反恐立法的完善可以从增加罪名，制定专门反恐法入手
Abstract
Terrorist crimes seriously endanger the peaceful development and stability of the international community，and affect the normal development of the country and the trust among countries.The loss of terrorism is uncounted.Combating terrorism should first resolve the conflict of jurisdiction.China is also deeply endangered by terrorist crimes, and it is of great significance to study the question of jurisdiction of terrorism.The improvement of China's anti-terrorism legislation can be made from the increase of crime and the special anti-terrorism law.
