이 연구는 중학생들의 개인적 특성에 따라 셀프리더십과 대인관계를 살펴보고. 셀프리더십이 대인관계에 미치는영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 인천광역시 소재 중학교 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를실시하였으며, 그 결과 다음과 같은 사실이 밝혀졌다. 첫째, 중학생들은 성별과 학년, 가정의 경제 상태에 따라 셀프리더십이 차이가 있었다. 즉 남학생보다 여학생, 2, 3학년 학생보다 1학년 학생, 그리고 가정이 잘사는 편인 학생이 그렇지않은 학생보다 셀프리더십이 높았다. 둘째, 중학생들은 학년과 가정의 경제 상태에 따라 대인관계가 차이가 있었다. 즉 2, 3학년 학생보다 1학년 학생과 가정이 잘사는 편인 학생이 그렇지 않은 학생보다 대인관계가 높았다. 셋째, 셀프리더십은 대인관계와 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 넷째, 중학생들의 대인관계에는 셀프리더십 중 행동 중심적전략과 자연적 보상 전략, 그리고 건설적 사고 전략이 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 중학생들은행동 중심적 전략과 자연적 보상 전략, 그리고 건설적 사고 전략의 셀프리더십이 높을수록 대인관계가 높음을 알수 있다. 본 연구결과를 볼 때, 중학생들의 원활한 대인관계 능력을 증진시키기 위해서는 셀프리더십을 함양시키고, 청소년들의 셀프리더십과 대인관계를 함양할 수 있는 훈련 프로그램을 개발･운영할 필요가 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the self-leadership and interpersonal relationships of middle school students by personal characteristics and the impact of self-leadership on interpersonal relationships. A survey was conducted on the selected students in a middle school located in the city of Incheon. The findings of the study were as follows: First, there were differences in self- leadership among the middle school students according to gender, grade and the financial conditions of their families. Second, self- leadership had a significant correlation with interpersonal relationships. Third, the interpersonal relationships of the middle school students were under the statistically significant positive influence of the self-leadership of behavior-focused strategy, natural reward strategy and constructive thought pattern strategy. Therefore it's found that the interpersonal relationships of the middle school students were better when they had a better self-leadership of behavior-focused strategy, natural reward strategy and constructive thought pattern strategy. Given the findings of the study, it's necessary to foster the self-leadership of middle school students in order to enhance their interpersonal skills. And The training programs that can improve the self-leadership and interpersonal relationships of adolescents should be developed and provided.
