아동과 청소년의 리더십 생활기술에 대한 개인적 변인 및 사회적 지지의 영향

초록

본 연구는 학년 및 성별에 따라 리더십 생활기술의 차이를 파악하고, 개인적 변인 및 사회적 지지에 따른 아동 및 청소년의 리더십 생활기술 차이를 살펴보고, 학년과 성별에 따라 리더십 생활기술에 대한 개인적 변인 및 사회적 지지의 상대적 영향력을 밝히는데 있다. 이를 위해 초등학교 5학년, 중학교 2학년, 인문계 고등학교 2학년 남녀 587명을 대상으로 질문지 조사를 실시하고 여기서 회수된 자료를 SPSS 19..0(ver.)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 청소년이 아동보다 리더십 생활기술이 높고, 여자청소년의 리더십 생활기술이 남자청소년보다 높았다. 둘째, 자아존중감, 부모지지, 교사지지, 친구지지를 많이 지각하는 아동및 청소년은 적게 지각하는 아동 및 청소년보다 리더십 생활기술이 높았다. 셋째, 아동 및 청소년의 성별에 따라 리더십 생활기술을 예측하는 요인이 부분적으로 다르게 나타났다. 자아존중감, 양성성은 성별 및 학년에 관계없이 리더십 생활기술에 공통적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 친구지지는 남아 및 남자청소년의 리더십생활기술에만 영향을 미치고 부모지지와 임원경력은 여자청소년의 리더십 생활기술에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 아동 및 청소년의 리더십 생활기술 증진에 필요한 요인을 이해할 수 있는 계기를 마련하였고, 아동 및 청소년의 리더십 생활기술의 증대안이 성별에 따라 다르게 마련되어야함을 제안하는데 기여하였다.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to find the difference between the leadership life skills of children and adolescents by gender and grade, to observe the difference of leadership life skills based on individual variables and amount of social support, and to show the relative influence among leadership life skills, individual variables and social support. We surveyed 587 male and female students of 5th grade elementary school, 2nd grade middle school, 2nd grade high school in Busan through the questionnaire method. The results were as follows; 1. Adolescents' perceived leadership life skills were higher than children and girls' perceived leadership life skills were higher than boys. 2. Children and adolescents who have higher self-esteem and higher parent, teacher, and friend support showed higher leadership life skills. 3. The factors that predicted leadership life skills of children and adolescents according to gender were different. This study has the following significance. It gave a chance to understand the different factors that improve leadership life skills of children and adolescents by showing the relative influence of leadership life skills, self-esteem, gender role identity, position responsibilities, social support.
