본 연구의 목적은 고등학교 <문학> 교과서에 나타난 성별 편중성을 파악하는데 있다. 분석 대상은 11종의 고등학교 <문학> 교과서이다. 문학 교과서를 둘러싼 성별 편중성은 교과서의 기획, 집필, 구성, 형식, 내용(서술, 삽화, 활동 등) 다양한 차원에서 분석될 수 있지만 본 연구는 가시적이고 양화 가능한 성별 편중성을 우선적으로 분석하기 위해 교과서 집필진의 구성과 교과서에 수록된 작품의 작가 구성을 주된 분석 자료로 삼았다. 연구 문제는 크게 다섯 가지로 다음과 같다. 문학 교과서 집필진 구성의 성비에서 드러나는 성별 편중성, 문학 교과서 집필진 별 집필 분량에서 나타나는 성별 편중성, 문학 교과서에 수록된 작품 작가들의 성비에서 드러나는 성별 편중성, 작품 작가들의 직업 및 제재 장르에서 나타나는 성별 편중성, 교과서 집필진 성별 편중성과 수록 작품 작가들의 성별 편중성의 상관관계 등이 그것이다. 분석 결과 교과서 집필진 구성 및 작품 제재 작가 구성에서 젠더가 중요한 고려사항임을 확인할 수 있었다. 한 시대, 한 세대의 감성구조를 건축하는 텍스트로서 문학 교과서가 보다 섬세한 방식으로 서술되기 위해서는 집필진 및 제재 작가의 성별 편중성을 해소하려는 노력이 적극적으로 수행되어야 한다. 또한 젠더의 눈으로 문학 교과서를 비평하도록 돕는 여러 가지 제도적, 교육적 장치들이 마련되어야 한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to understand gender tendency in high school <literature> textbooks. The target audience is 11 high school <literature> textbooks. Although gender tendency can be analyzed at various levels of planning, writing, composition, form, content (description, illustration, activity, etc.) of textbooks, this study aims at analyzing the composition of textbooks and textbooks (Sanctification) of the work contained in the analysis of the composition of the author. There are five major research problems. Sex biasedness revealed in the sex ratio of the textbooks of literature, gender stereotypes appearing in the textbooks of literary textbooks, gender bias attributed to the sex ratio of the writers in the literary textbooks, gender bias in the occupational and sanctioning genres of the writers, textbook writers gender This is the correlation between biasedness and gender bias of the writers. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that gender is an important consideration in composition of textbooks and composing works. In order to be able to describe literary textbooks in a more delicate manner as texts for constructing the emotional structure of a generation and a generation, efforts should be actively made to resolve gender stereotypes of the writers and sanctioned writers. There should also be a number of institutional and educational mechanisms to help criticize literary textbooks with the gender's eyes.
