경기도 초등 혁신학교와 일반학교의 학교혁신풍토의 차이 및 변화과정 분석

본 연구는 경기도 초등 혁신학교와 일반학교의 학교혁신풍토에 대한 현 실태를 확인하여, 학교유형(혁신학교, 일반학교)에 따른 바람직한 학교혁신과 공교육 개선을 위한 학교혁신풍토 조성의 논의점과 시사점을 제시하고자하였다. 이를 위한 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 혁신학교와 일반학교간 학교혁신풍토는 어떠한 차이가 있는가?, 둘째, 혁신학교와 일반학교 각각의 학교혁신풍토는 어떠한 변화를 보여 왔는가? 셋째, 혁신학교와 일반학교간 학교혁신풍토의 차이는 어떠한 변화를 보여 왔는가? 본 연구의 결과, 첫째, 혁신학교가 일반학교 보다 1～3차년도 모두 학교혁신풍토가 높게 나타났으며, 혁신학교와 일반학교 모두 학교혁신풍토가 1차년도에 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 3차년도로갈수록 점차 낮은 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 잠재성장모형의 비조건모형 분석 결과, 일반학교에서만 학교혁신풍토가유의한 감소를 보이는 통계적 유의성을 확인하였다. 셋째, 잠재성장모형 조건모형 분석 결과, 혁신학교가 일반학교에비해 학교혁신풍토의 수준이 지속적으로 높은 것을 확인하였다. 결론적으로 학교혁신풍토는 혁신학교가 일반학교에비해 높은 수준임을 확인하였으며, 이는 비조건모형 분석을 통해 일반학교의 부적 변화가 그 원인임을 알 수 있었다. 즉, 혁신학교의 학교혁신풍토의 수준은 연차가 지나며 감소하고 있음에도 불구하고 일반학교의 학교혁신풍토가 더큰 폭으로 감소하고 있는 경향성을 잠재성장모형 분석을 통해 확인하였다.
Abstract
This study focused on the current status of school innovation climate in innovative elemematary schools and general elementary schools, and presented discussion points and implications for the right formation of school innovation climate that should be promoted for desirable school innovation and improvement of public education according to the type of schools (innovative schools, general schools). The research questions are as follows: First, what is the difference between innovation schools and general schools? Second, what has been the difference between innovation schools and general schools? Third, what difference has the innovation climate between the innovation schools and the general schools shown? The results of this study showed that innovative schools had higher school innovation in both first and third years than general schools, and both innovative schools had the highest school innovation in the first year, and gradually lower and lower levels in the third year. Second, an analysis of the non-conditional model of the potential growth model confirmed the results of a significant decrease in school innovation in general schools only. Third, the analysis of the condition model of the potential growth model confirmed that innovative schools have a consistently higher level of innovation than ordinary schools. In conclusion, the school innovation climate confirmed that innovative schools were at a higher level than general schools, and through analysis of non-conditional models, the change in amulets in general schools was the cause.
