본 연구는 사전 요구조사를 기초로 하여 개발된 진로 집단상담 프로그램이 진로결정효능감에 미치는 효과를 분석하기위해 진행되었다. 먼저, S시의 한 대학교에 재학 중인 학생 2,175명을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사를 통해 진로 결정여부, 미결정 이유, 참가 희망 상담 프로그램의 내용과 방식 등의 자료를 수집하였다. 자료의 평균비교분석, 빈도분석등의 결과를 토대로 숙달 경험, 성격 강점, 카드 분류 등으로 구성된 자기이해와 직업 정보 탐색, 롤모델 탐색 등으로구성된 직업이해의 2모듈 각 3회기 진로 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하였다. 프로그램 운영을 위해 설문 조사에서진로 미결정 비율이 상대적으로 높게 나타난 문과 및 예술 계열 재학생을 대상으로 참여자를 모집하였다. 자기이해모듈 참여자 중 응답자 11명과 직업이해 모듈 참여자 중 응답자 13명의 사전-사후 진로결정효능감 점수를 각각 통제집단의 사전-사후 점수와 비교하였다. Wilcoxon 부호 순위 검증을 실시한 결과, 자기이해 집단과 직업이해 집단의진로결정효능감 사후점수가 사전점수에 비해 통계적으로 유의미하게 상승되었음이 확인되었다. 반면 통제 집단의사전-사후점수 평균 차는 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때, 본 연구를 통하여 개발된 자기이해와직업이해 모듈 진로 집단상담이 대학생 진로결정효능감 향상에 기여한 것으로 해석할 수 있다.
Abstract
This study was conducted to examine the effects of the career group counseling program developed based on a pre-survey on a career decision efficacy. First, A survey was conducted 2,175 students who were attending a university in S city, and data such as career decision, reasons for indecision, and co ntents and method of counseling programs which the students wanted to participate were co llected by the survey. Regarding these data, the career group counseling program which was divided into two modules- self-understanding which composed of skillfulness experience, character strength, and card classification, and career-understanding which composed of career information search and role model exploration -and each of 3 sessions, was created. For running the program, students were recruited from the Department of arts because the survey found that students in those departments showed proportionally higher rates of career indecision than other departments. 11 students answered the test to check their career decision efficacy before and after participating in the module of self-understanding and 13 students did before and after joining the module of career-understanding. Their scores were compared with scores of the control group and Wilcoxon signed-rank test was employed to find the difference between groups. The experimental group showed a significant increase statistically compared with the control group in the career decision efficacy. This result implies that the career group counseling program which consisted of two modules, self-understanding and career-understanding enhances the career decision efficacy of university students.
