본 연구는 최근 대학 입학제도 가운데 학부제, 전공제, 자율전공제 등의 제도로 입학한 후 대학생활 가운데 학과 및 전공을 선택해야 하는 이들이 진로발달과 대학생활의 적응적 향상을 통하여 효과적인 전공 및 학과 선택을 하도록 조력하기 위한 진로상담 프로그램의 개발과 그 효과를 검증하고자 한 것이다. 이를 위하여 진로발달의 주요 변인으로는 진로정체감, 진로결정수준, 진로준비행동, 그리고 대학생활 관련 주요변인으로는 대학생활적응도의 향상을 위한 프로그램을 개발하고, 경북 소재 4년제 D대학교 자율전공부의 1학년 재학생 32명을 대상으로 실시하여 그 효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 프로그램은 주 1회, 매회 90～120분씩 10회기의 진로집단상담으로 실시하였고, 실험설계는 검사 시기(3: 사전/사후/추후)와 집단(2: 실험집단/통제집단)의 이요인 혼합설계를 사용하였으며, 통계 처리는 ANOVA로 하였다. 그 결과 본 프로그램은 진로관련 변인인 진로정체감, 진로결정수준, 진로준비행동 및 대학생활적응도의 전체와 하위변인 가운데 학업적응, 사회적 적응 영역의 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 주요어 : 진로집단상담, 진로정체감, 진로결정수준, 진로준비행동, 대학생활적응도, 대학생
Abstract
This study aims to develop and verify a program that can be used to help open major college students develop there career in a reasonable manner based on the insight to themselves and career circumstances, to help them prepare practicable and detailed plans to succeed in their career development and adjustment to college life. So that, the purpose of this study was to examine the effect of career group counseling program on the career identity, career decision level, career preparation behavior, and student adjustment to college of college students. The research design to verify the hypothesis of this study is a variant of pre-test, post-test and further-test experiment design. The sample of this study were freshman enrolled in universities in Kyungpook province who volunteered to participate in the program. They were divided into two groups at random ; the counseling group and the comparative group. Each of groups consists of 16 people evenly. The counseling group participate in the counseling based on the program, ten times once a week for a week for 80-100 minutes. For statistics, SPSS computer program are used as measurement and data-processing means. ANOVA was used for the analysis, and the statistical significance level was set at .05. In data analysis. The conclusions of this study are as follows: Experience related to career group counseling program improves the career identity of college students Career Identity, Career Decision Level, Career Preparation Behavior, and student adjustment to college in the whole.
