진로관련 강의와 집단상담의 효과 분석을 통한 대학생 진로지도 방안 연구

본 연구는 대학에서 교양필수과목으로 운영되고 있는 진로교과목 수업의 효과와 학생들의 자발적인 참여로 운영되는 진로집단상담 프로그램의 효과를 비교 분석하여 분석된 결과로 대학생들의 진로지도에 대한 방안들을 제시하고자 한다. 효과의 검증방법은 진로정체감과 진로결정 자기효능감 검사를 사용하였다．본 연구의 대상은 서울지역 4년제 대학에서 진로지도 교양필수과목 수업을 수강한 학생 60명과 진로집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 22명으로 총 82명이다. 교양필수과목 수업을 수강한 진로관련 강의집단과 진로집단상담 집단의 차이를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교양필수과목 진로교과목 수업을 수강한 학생들보다 진로집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 학생의 진로정체감이 더 향상되었다. 둘째, 교양필수 진로교과목 수업에 참여한 학생들보다 진로집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 학생의 진로결정 자기효능감이 더 향상되었다. 셋째, 진로결정 자기효능감 하위요인 중 문제해결 요인은 수업집단과 상담집단 모두 효과가 나타나지 않아 진로에 대한 다양한 문제에 봉착했을 때 이를 극복할 수 있다는 자신감은 수업이나 상담으로 향상되지 않음을 알 수 있다. 이러한 결과로 대학에서는 진로교과목 수업을 필수교과로 운영하여야 하며 별도의 진로집단상담 프로그램을 다양하게 운영할 필요가 있다．문제해결에 대한 자신감을 향상시키기 위한 별도의 프로그램이나 일체험, 인텐쉽이 반드시 진로지도에 포함되어야 함을 제안하고자 한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of career class counseling program operated by voluntary participation of students and career counseling classes which are operated as essential liberal arts courses in college and to present concrete plans for career guidance of college students do. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of career identity and self - efficacy on the career self - efficacy of 60 students 82 people. The results of the analysis of the difference between the two groups are as follows. First, the career identity of the students who participated in the career group counseling program was more improved than the students who participated in the career course classes in the university. Second, the career decision self - efficacy of the students who participated in the career group counseling program was improved more than the students who participated in the course classes in university. Third, the problem solving factor among the sub-factors of career decision self-efficacy can not be improved by class or counseling because it is not effective in both class and counseling group. As a result, it is necessary for the college to operate career course courses as an essential subject, and it is necessary to operate a separate career group counseling program in various ways. Separate programs, work experience, intensification to improve confidence in problem solving And should be included in career guidance.
