학교장의 민주적 리더십이 학교풍토, 교사협력, 교사사기, 교사소진에 미치는 영향

최근 들어, 학교민주주의에 관한 사회적․교육적 요구가 강해짐에 따라 학교장의 민주적 리더십에 관한 연구의필요성이 대두된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 학교장의 민주적 리더십이 학교풍토, 교사협력, 교사사기, 교사소진에 미치는영향을 분석하였다. 연구 방법으로는 A교육청의 교육종단연구 데이터를 활용하였으며, SPSS 프로그램을 사용하여자료 처리하였다. 연구 결과, 학교장의 민주적 리더십이 잘 발휘될수록 학교풍토가 개방적이고 긍정적이며, 교사협력이잘 이루어지며, 교사사기가 높아지고, 교사소진이 덜 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 학교현장에서 학교장의 민주적리더십이 왜 중요한지 그리고 학교장의 민주적 리더십을 고양하기 위한 방안을 왜 적극적으로 강구해야 하는지를방증한다. 학교장의 민주적 리더십을 고양하기 위한 방안으로서, 학교장의 민주적 리더십에 관한 교장 연수를 실시하되연수의 내용과 방법을 개선하여 실례(사례) 중심으로 피부에 직접 와 닿는 연수 실시, 학교장의 민주적 리더십에대한 교육감의 구체적인 지침 시행, 학교민주주의 척도 개발 및 실행, 내부형 교장공모제 확대 시행이 요구된다.
Abstract
In recent years, as the social and educational demands for school democracy have become stronger, the need for research on the democratic leadership of the principal has emerged. In this study, the democratic leadership of the principal analyzed the impact of school climate, teacher cooperation, teacher morale, and teacher exhaustion. The research method was to analyze the educational end research data of the A Education Office through the SPSS program. As a result of the study, the more democratic leadership of the principal is demonstrated, the more open and positive the school climate is, the better the teacher cooperation, the more teacher morale, and the less teachers are exhausted. This demonstrates why the principal's democratic leadership is important at the school and why we should actively seek ways to promote the principal's democratic leadership. As a way to enhance the democratic leadership of the principal, it is necessary to conduct principal training on the democratic leadership of the principal, but to improve the contents and methods of the training, to conduct training realistically to implement specific guidelines for the superintendent's about democratic leadership of the principal, and to develop and implement a school democracy scale.
