Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among individual creativity, team shared mental model, team creativity and it’s effectiveness based on Torrance’s Future Problem Solving Program(FPSP)- team problem solving. A total of 83 students with high and low individual creativity and team shared mental model among 300 college students who engaged at this FPSP were participated. Descriptive statistics, MANOVA, ANOVA and Post-Hoc test were used for data analysis. The results of this study were as follows; The individual creativity and team shared mental model had no statistically significant influence on three sub factor of team creativity using MANOVA. By the way, the individual creativity and team shared mental model had statistically significant influence on team effectiveness using ANOVA. Also there no interaction effect of individual creativity and team shared mental model.
