초록

Ham, W.T. Stress hormone and fatigue variables reaction characteristics of taekwondo player's sparring exerciseperweight. Exercise Science. 17(3): 331-340, 2008. This study is to define and interchange the effect of stress and fatigue factor to players through verifying the difference among variables for stress hormone per weight of university Taekwondo players such as epinephrin, norepinephrine, cortisol and fatigue material to players such as lactic acid and ammonia etc. And the results are as followings. 1. In the stress hormone per weight epinephrine(p<.05) has significant difference within body weight norepinehrine and cortisol(p>.05) don't have significant difference and there is a significant difference in the difference(p<.001) among the period. 2. The ammonia concentration of the flyweight group is low in the difference of fatigue factor per weight and the lactic acid concentration has similar result. The ammonia has similar difference(p<.001) in the difference among the groups. According to the results for the stress hormone, there was a significant difference according to the weight division and time. Likewise there was a significant difference for the levels of ammonia within the groups. There was no significant difference according to the weight divisions for serum hormone and stress hormone the cause of fatigue.
