남북한 청소년의 사회통합을 위한 통일교육의 내용 분석

Abstract

As the relationship between South and North Korea improved, the perception of the necessity of unification changed positively, but the perception of unification of younger generation is much more negative than general adult. In order for the goal of unification education to be achieved effectively to bring about the values and attitudes necessary for achieving unification, the content elements of school unification education should reflect the reality and needs of youth. On the other hand, the subject of school unification education should be extended to North Korean refugee adolescents. They will play an important mediating role in social integration in the North Korean region in the unification age. For this purpose, analyzing the contents of the unification education of the North Korean youth specialization school is helpful for the composition of the unification education for the social integration of the North and South Korean youth in the unification age. In particular, the 'Uniform Textbooks' written by the youths of North and South Korea in the 'Textbook Writing Student Council' is a new attempt that reflects the interests and demands of students who are the subjects of school unification education. In addition, there is significance as a leading model of unification education aiming at social integration in peace age. As a result of analyzing the content of unification education that South Korea and North Korea youth thinks to be important, the school unification education is not based on the necessity of unification or the past of division but the drawing of the future vision of future unified Korea. It should be a place to publicize realistic and concrete problems. Furthermore, the school should be a small unified society where youth from both North and South Korea can understand each other's life and culture.
