21세기 글로벌 윤리 확립을 위한 일고찰

본고는 21세기 글로벌 사회에서의 글로벌 윤리 확립을 위한 고찰로써 이의 방향을 유가 윤리에서의 사회윤리와 개인윤리의 조화에서 찾았다. 所當然之則에 따를 것을 강조하는 사회윤리의 차원에 대해서는 주희와 이황의 윤리 사상을 다루었다. 이 둘의 사상의 핵심은 存天理 人欲과 居敬窮理로 볼 수 있다. 個人의 道德的 自覺(道德的 主體性 回復)을 중시하는 개인윤리의 차원에서는 왕양명과 정제두의 윤리 사상을 다루었다. 이 둘의 사상의 핵심은 致良知說과 人欲 除去로 볼 수 있다. 논자는 이 네 사상가에게 있어서 공통점 즉 인간의 욕심을 없애고 다른 사람과 자연을 사랑하라는 내용을 사회윤리와 개인윤리의 조화로 보았다. 그런데 이러한 네 사상가의 공통 윤리는 원시 유가인 孔孟의 핵심 倫理인 仁, 義, 禮 등(만물일체)이기도 하다. 결국 21세기 글로벌 윤리는 공맹의 원시 유가 윤리의 회복이라 볼 수 있고, 끝으로 이러한 글로벌 윤리의 가정 윤리, 청소년 윤리 및 인권, 응용 윤리에의 적용 가능성을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The aim of this article was to examine the harmony between individual ethics and social ethics in Confucian ethics and to construct global ethics in the 21st century. Global ethics can be the ethics that can harmonize individual ethics with social ethics. In this article, I found that Confucian ethics provide this harmony. Wang Yang-Ming and Cheng Jae Du's study of mind represents the realization of innate pure knowing and the theory of 'mind is principle.' Zhu xi and Lee Hwang's study of nature-principle explains preserving the principle of Heaven and removing human desires. These four scholars' pivotal common points are that we must remove our desires and love other people and the nature. Thess are the Kong-Meng's fundamental idea, that is, Ren-Yi-Li(the Unity of Universe) in Pre- Qin Confucianism, and it can be global ethics. This global ethics can be applied and extended to family ethics, global citizenship and many other fields of applied ethics.
