본 연구의 목적은 도덕과 교육에 적합한 백워드 설계를 탐색하고, 이를 기반으로생태전환교육과 연계된 중학교 도덕과 ‘자연과의 관계’ 영역의 단원을 개발하며, 효과적인 활용 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 선행 연구를 분석하여 도덕과 교육에서 백워드 설계의 적용 가능성을 검토하고, 그 특성을 반영한 설계 모형을 개발하였다. 또한, 중등 도덕과 교사들이 생태전환교육을 효과적으로 설계할 수 있도록 단계별 설계 의도를 포함한 체계적인 템플릿을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 백워드설계안은 생태전환교육을 보다 체계적으로 구현하는 데 기여할 수 있으며, 도덕과 교육에서의 실천적 적용 가능성을 모색하는 데 의의가 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore backward design suitable for moral education, develop a unit within the "Relationship with Nature"domain of the middle school moral education curriculum linked to ecological transition education, and examine effective application methods. To achieve this, prior research was analyzed to assess the applicability of backward design in moral education, and a design model reflecting its characteristics was developed. Additionally, a structured template incorporating step-by-step design intentions was provided to support secondary moral education teachers in effectively designing ecological transition education. The proposed backward design plan contributes to the systematic implementation of ecological transition education and holds significance in exploring its practical applicability within moral education.
