필자는 칸트의 윤리에 대한 정신분석적 해석, 특히 라캉과 주판치치의 해석 내용을 분석하고 이를 다시 비판한다. 후자들의 핵심논제는 이것이다. 칸트가말하는 윤리적 주체는 사드가 묘사하는 행동 주체와 동일한 구조에 있다는 것이다. 양자는 자신의 선을 위해서도 타자의 선을 위해서도 또한 어떠한 대의명분을 위해행동하지 않고 오직 자신의 무조건적인 의무감에서 행동한다. 이는 이중적인 의미를 가진다. 한편에서 칸트적 윤리는 도착적인 가치를 가진다는 것이며, 다른 한편으로 사드의 담론이 윤리적 가치를 가진다는 것이다. 이러한 도착증적인 주체에겐더 이상 타자와 타자의 욕망은 존재하지 않고 바로 이 때문에 주체도 더 이상 없다. 이런 의미에서 양자의 주체는 “머리 없는 주체”이다. 그러나 라캉은 이드를“자연의 본능적인 힘” 또는 “원초적인 생물학적 욕구” 등으로 해석하는 것을 강력하게 반대한다. 그러나 필자는 이드의 근본적인 토대는 동물의 자연적인 욕구(충동) 라고 해석한다. 그러나 인간의 충동은 동물적 충동을 넘어선다. 왜냐하면, 인간의충동은 언어에 의해서 왜곡되었기 때문이다. 다른 한편으로 라캉은 죄의식의 허구를 직관하고 충동적인 욕망에 충실하기를 요구하지만, 동시에 상징계를 충실히 따르며 살아야 한다고 주장하면서 자기모순을 범한다. 이에 필자는 본고를 통해서“우리가 잃을 수 있는 최악은 우리의 생이다.”라는 생물학적 관점의 준칙과 “동물로 되돌아갈 수 없다”는 현실을 종합한 실제적인 대안, 그러나 자아심리학적 대안과는 다른 대안을 마련하려고 시도할 것이다.
Abstract
I would like to analyse Lancan’s interpretations and Zupančič’s on Kant’s ethics, and criticize them. Their thesis is that Kant’s ethical subject is in the same structure with Sade’s characters. They act with the unconditional duty, not for their good, nor for others one and neither for any other ideas. This has double meanings. Kant’s ethics has the value of perversion on the one hand, and Sade’s discourse has ethical value on the other hand. There is nor other, neither other’s desire in the subject of perversion. That is why there is no subject. Their subject is one without head. But I do not agree with Lacan’s theory of id. According to him, the unknown and uncontrolled forces in question are not primitive biological need or wild instinctual forces of nature, but must be conceived of in linguistic terms. I suppose that the base of id is the natural instinct of animal. Human instinct(drive) is of course beyond that of animal. Because human instinct was distorted by the symbolic. Lacan is in dilemma. On the one hand, he says that you must act in conformity with the desire that is in you. On the other hand, Lacan supposes that you are symbolic chain, and must follow it, and the existing ethical. In conclusion, I would like to try to make the real rule to synthesize the biological rule that “to lose our life is the worst”, and the actual situation that “we can not return into an animal.” But this alternative must be different from the one of ego-psychology.
