라깡의 철학적 토대로서의 칸트 : 비교 논증과 『안티고네』 분석을 통한 도덕적 증명

알려졌듯이 라깡은 정신분석에 철학적 논의를 더하여 프로이트의 이론을 다듬고 발전시켰다. 본 논문은 라깡 정신분석학의 주요 철학적 근거가 칸트에서 유래했음을 두 이론 간의 인식론적 유사점을 비교함으로써 밝히고자 한다. 기존의 칸트와 라깡 비교연구가 일면적으로 진행된 것에 반해 주체, 객체, 주-객체 간의 관계 맺음의 양식이란 3가지 항을 기준으로 한 인식론적 비교는 양 이론 간의 포괄적 비교를 가능하게 한다. 칸트와 라깡 이론은 주체 측면에서 근대적 인간관의 특징인 이중적으로 분리된 주체를 상정하고 있으며, 객체 측면에서는 사물 자체에 관한 칸트의 주장을 거의 변동 없이 라깡이 수용하고 있음을 볼 수 있다. 주체와 객체를 잇는 관계 맺음의 양식에서는 칸트의 현상(감성과 지성), 상상력, 이념(이성)이 라깡의 상징, 상상, 실재와 매우 유사한 대응을 이루고 있다. 이러한 인식 구조적 유사성은 서양 고전 『안티고네』의 윤리적 분석에서 이성 철학과 정신분석학을 하나로 화(化)하게 했다. 칸트와 라깡의 윤리는 보편성의 토대 위에 쾌락원칙, 정념적 동기와 단절하였다. 욕망의 윤리는 칸트 도덕을 참조해서만 설명될 수 있고 충동은 다름 아닌 의지의 이면이다. 정신분석학, 특히 정신분석의 윤리를 온전히 이해하기 위해서는 칸트와 함께 라깡을 같은 선상에 놓고 논의해야만 한다.
Abstract
As reported, Lacan refined and developed Freud's theory by adding philosophical argument on psychoanalysis. This study intended to declare that the major philosophical basis of Lacan's psychoanalysis originated from Kant through epistemic similarities between the two theories. The epistemic comparison based on the 3 formation of relationships of subject, object, and subject-object in contrast to the onesidedly conducted existing comparison research on Kant and Lacan makes a comprehensive comparison of the two theories possible. The Kant and Lacan's theory lay the dually separated subject, which is the characteristic of modern human relationship, in subject aspect, and Lacan is accepting Kant's opinion on thing-in-itself in object aspect without variation. In formation of relationships that connects the subject and object, Kant's appearance(sensibility and understanding), imagination, and idea(reason) are forming very similar response with Lacan's symbolic, imaginary, and real. The structural similarity of recognition changed the reasonable philosophy and psychoanalysis into one from ethical analysis of Western classics, the Antigone. Ethics of Kant and Lacan broke off from principle of pleasure and pathological motive on the basis of universality. Ethics of desire can be explained on the reference of Kant's moral and compulsion is nothing else than the reverse of will. To fully understand psychoanalysis, especially the ethics of psycho analysis, Kant and Lacan need to be discussed at the same dimension.
