발달장애인 자기결정권에 대한 부모의 인식유형과 유형별 특성비교

본 연구는 발달장애인의 자기주도적 삶을 위한 부모의 인식유형과 영향요인을 밝혀보고자 하였다. 그러므로 자기결정권에 대한 부모의 인식요인을 살펴보고, 인식요인을 바탕으로 인식유형을 도출하고, 그 인식유형에 영향을 미치는 부모변인과 개인변인을 비교 검증 하였다. 분석결과 ‘절대적 보장’, ‘주체적지지’, ‘실천적 지원’의 3가지 인식요인을 확인하였고, ‘자기결정권 인정형’, ‘자기결정권 인지유예형’, ‘자기결정권 인식부족형’의 3가지 집단유형을 도출하였다. 그리고 ‘자기결정권 인지유예형’에 비해 부모의 평균 돌봄 시간이 높을수록 ‘자기결정권 인식부족형’에 포함될 가능성이 높았고, ‘자기결정권 인정형’에 비해 부모가 자녀의 자기결정권 인식이 없고, 양육태도가 부정적일수록 ‘자기결정권 인식부족형’에 포함될 가능성이 높았다. 또한 ‘자기결정권 안정형’에 비해 부모가 자기결정권 인식이 없고, 양육태도가 부정적일수록, 형제자매가 있는 경우에 ‘자기결정권 인지유예형’에 포함될 가능성이 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 발달장애인의 자기결정권 지원을 위한 부모의 인식유형에 따른 함의를 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors of self-determination of developmental disability parents by parents of children with developmental disabilities, to examine the perception factors of parents by exploratory factor analysis, The results of this study are as follows. First, by analyzing the type of parental recognition on self-determination of developmental disabilities through exploratory factor analysis, factors such as 'absolute guarantee', 'subjective support' and 'practical support' were derived. Second, as a result of classifying three types of parental perception through the analysis of latent profiles, children with developmental disabilities are 'self-determination awareness groups', 'self-determination awareness respite groups'. Third, in order to predict the characteristics of self-determination in parents with developmental disabilities, we performed a multinomial logistic regression analysis with a 'lack of self-determination' reference group. The results of this study suggest that in order to support the right of self-determination of people with developmental disabilities, various directions of support should be taken into account, depending on the type of parent.
