초록
The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for marathon runners' injury prevention and exercise prescription by analyzing the effect of isokinetic muscle function on the H/Q ratio difference of marathon runners and identifying the most influential factor among them. As a result of comparing isokinetic muscle strength (60°/sec), The extensor Peak TQ of the normal group was 4.15% lower than that of the abnormal group, and the flexor Peak TQ of the normal group was 6.71% lower. There was no significant difference between the two items. The extensor PT/BW was 17.01% higher in the normal group than in the abnormal group, and there was a significant difference (p<.01). The flexor PT/BW was 19.76% higher in the normal group, and there was a significant difference (p<.01). As a result of isokinetic muscle power (180°/sec) analysis, the extensor Peak TQ was 8.39% lower in the normal group than in the abnormal group, and there was no statistically significant difference. The flexor Peak TQ was 19.09% lower in the normal group, and there was a statistically significant difference (p<.05). The extensor PT/BW was 5.93% higher in the normal group than in the abnormal group, and the flexor PT/BW was 7.49% higher in the normal group, and there was no significant difference between the two items. As a result of isokinetic muscle endurance (300°/sec) analysis, the normal group had an extensor Peak TQ that was 6.14% lower than that of the abnormal group, and the normal group had a flexor Peak TQ that was 8.75% lower. There was no significant difference between the two items. The extensor PT/BW was 5.85% higher in the normal group than in the abnormal group, and the flexor PT/BW was 3.83% higher in the normal group, and there was no significant difference between the two items. As a result of multiple regression analysis, the factors highly correlated with the ipsilateral muscle strength ratio were 60°/sec extensor PT/BW, 180°/sec extensor Peak TQ, 60°/sec flexor PT/BW, and 180°/sec flexor Peak TQ in that order. As a result of this study, it is believed that training for marathon runners to improve muscle strength and muscle power proportional to body weight rather than muscle endurance training has a positive effect on the improvement of H/Q ratio, and furthermore, it is thought that marathon runners' knee injuries can be prevented and improved.
