산업연관분석을 통한 체코의 산업구조 변화 연구: EU 가입 전후(2000년~2009년) 핵심산업 변화를 중심으로

본 연구는 산업연관분석을 통해 체코의 산업구조 변화를 분석하였다. 유럽연합이 지속적으로 회원국들을 확대하는 과정은 경제통합의 한 과정으로 볼 수 있다. 이러한 경제통합의 효과는 동태적 효과로서 유럽의 산업 재배치 현상을 보여주고 있으며 대표적으로 체코의 사례를 찾을 수 있다. 체코의 산업구조 변화를 분석하기 위해 본 연구에서는 산업연관분석이라는 분석 방법을 활용하였다. 특히 산업연관분석 중 생산유발계수로 만들어지는 영향력 분석과 민감도 분석의 활용을 통해 산업의 특징을 4가지로 분류하였고, 이 과정에서 체코의 핵심산업을 분류하였다. 핵심산업 분류를 통해 체코의 산업구조 변화를 살펴보았고, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체코의 산업구조, 특히 제조업 산업구조는 고부가가치 산업으로 변화 및 집중되고 있다. 둘째, 제조업 분야 내에서 기존 핵심산업이 첨단산업 형태로 변화하고 있다. 셋째, 체코 산업구조에서 건설업의 역할이 여전히 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 것은 체코 경제가 현재 진행형인 신흥 개발도상국이라는 점을 반증하고 있다.
Abstract
This study analyzed the changes in the industrial structure of the Czech Republic through industry-related analysis. The process of the EU continuously expanding its member states can be seen as a process of economic integration. The effect of such economic integration is a dynamic effect, showing the phenomenon of industrial relocation in Europe, and the case of the Czech Republic can be found as a representative example. In order to analyze the changes in the industrial structure of the Czech Republic, this study used an analysis method called industry linkage analysis. In particular, the industrial characteristics were classified into four types through the use of impact analysis and sensitivity analysis, which are made with production inducement coefficients, in the industry-related analysis, and in this process, the core industries of the Czech Republic were classified. The changes in the industrial structure of the Czech Republic were examined through the classification of core industries, and the results are as follows. First, the industrial structure of the Czech Republic, especially the manufacturing industry, is changing and focusing on high value-added industries. Second, within the manufacturing sector, existing core industries are changing into high-tech industries. Third, the fact that the construction industry still plays a large role in the Czech industrial structure proves that the Czech economy is an emerging developing country.
