This study is aim to explore how the female enterpriser's self-efficacy and personal informal network resources which is social capital affect on business performance. For research method, 101 domestic female venture enterprisers are participated in the survey. First, the study found that the enterpriser's self-efficacy which is cognitive feature of the enterpriser influences on formalㆍinformal network and business performance. Second, informal network affects on business performance. On the other hand, formal network does not affect business performance. Third, in case of the female enterpriser, informal network more significantly influences on business performance than formal network. As these results showed, the female enterpriser needs to be aware of importance of informal network in order to establish practical strategy. These results prove that this study focused on establishing differential strategy in order to build competitive power since the female enterpriser is most likely to consider that informal network is important.
