여성창업기업의 환경 및 경영자의 특성, 협력활동이 성과에 미치는 영향

초록

여성의 사회적 지위와 경제활동 참여가 최근 들어 급속히 증가하고 있다. 반면, 그동안 학계에서는 여성창업기업에 대한 관심은 물론 체계적인 연구가 매우 미흡하였다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 여성기업의 환경 및 경영자 특성, 그리고 협력활동이 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증연구를 통해 규명함으로써 여성창업기업의 경쟁력 및 성과향상에 이론적 및 실무적 시사점을 제공한다.본 연구는 전국의 여성창업기업 106개를 대상으로 수집된 자료를 통하여 실증연구를 수행하였다. 분석결과 여성창업기업의 성과에 기업의 내부환경요인과 경영자의 관리적 능력이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 내부환경요인과 성과간에 기술협력활동과 사회협력활동이 조절효과를 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 관리적 능력과 성과간에는 기술협력활동만이 조절효과를 지니고 있는 것으로 발견되었다. 이러한 실증연구 결과는 여성창업기업에 있어서 내부자원의 확보 및 효율적 통제, 관리적 능력 향상, 그리고 기술협력활동의 중요성을 밝혀주고 있다.

Abstract

Recently women's social position and participation of economic activity have been increased. In this social and economic context, the study of woman‘s start-up firm is very significant. This study investigated the environmental factors and the characteristics of woman CEO. And it has analyzed the relation among the environment factors, CEO characteristics and performance, based on the moderating effects of collaborated activities. The empirical study has been carried out with 106 woman's start-up firms. The important results are as follows. Internal environmental factors and managerial competences have positive effects on the firm performance. Technology and social-oriented collaborative activities have moderating impacts on the relationships between internal environments and performance. Only technology-oriented collaborative activities moderate the effects between managerial competences and performance.
