정부는 2012년부터 산학협력선도대학 육성사업을 실행하며 지원하고 있다. 이를 위하여 대학교의 교육과정은 체계적인 교육과정 개발방법론을 반영한 기업 수요자 중심으로 구성되어야 한다. DACUM Method 는 기업 실무를 반영한 기업 수요자 중심 교육과정 개발 방법론이다. 레저관광경영학 분야에서도 DACUM Method를 적용한 다양한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 이 연구의 목적은 DACUM Method 를 적용하여 레저관광경영실무 분야에 종사하기 위하여 습득해야 하는 교과과정을 개발하는 것이다. 연구결과 첫째, 컨벤션․국제회의․이벤트 등의 새로운 MICE 산업의 등장과 트레킹, 레포츠 등의 새로운 형태의 레저 여행으로 인하여 새로운 직무가 출현하게 되었다. 그리하여 외식경영실무, 이벤트론, MICE 실무, 컨벤션․전시 산업론, 레저와관광 등의 교과목을 습득해야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교과목의 내용은 이론적인 내용보다는 실무위주의 프로젝트 및 사례발표, 공모전 참가 등이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 둘째, 골프, 산악 트레킹, 해양 스포츠 등의 레저산업과 호텔․관광의 융합이 이루어지는 새로운 패러다임이 나타나고 있다. 그리하여 레저스포츠 현장실습, 레저기업창업실무, 골프, 골프실무, 뉴스포츠, 스포츠 행동실무 등의 교과목 습득이 필요하다. 셋째, 레저관광경영학의 새로운 환경에서는 국제 마케팅, 국제재무, 문화 그리고 법적, 회계적시스템 등과 같은 풍부한 지식이다. 따라서 레저관광 마케팅, 레저관광 통계분석, 레저관광회계, 관광레저 경영분석, 관광레저 투자분석, 레저관광실무, 식음료 원가계산, 관광정보시스템, 레저관광 실무외국어 등의 교과목을 습득해야 할 것이다.
Abstract
The government started to both implementing and supporting foster project for industrial-educational leading university from 2012. For this, The curriculum of university should be reflected business practices. DACUM Method is a curriculum based methodology that focuses on prospective consumer by reflecting business practices. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop a curriculum for the fields of leisure tourism management by applying DACUM Method. The first experiment result was that new jobs have been appeared because of MICE industries such as convention · international conference · event. it appeared that students need to learn subjects like a food service practice, event theory, MICE practice, convention exhibit industry theory, leisure & tourism. In the second result, the new paradigm is shown by integrating leisure industries such as golf, mountain tracking, ocean sports, etc. and hotel · tourism. the analysis have shown that subjects such as the foundation practice of leisure business, golf, new sports, and the behavior practice of sports. Thirdly, in the new paradigm of leisure tourism management, extensive knowledges in international marketing, international financing, culture, and legal · accounting system have shown. Thus, it were analyzed to learn subjects of leisure tourism marketing, leisure tourism statistic analysis, leisure tourism accounting, tourism leisure management analysis, tourism leisure investment analysis, leisure tourism practice, F&B cost accounting, tourism information system, leisure tourism practice foreign languages and more.
