오프라인과 온라인 회계교육에서 학습자 특성에 따른 인식과 학습성과의 차이

본 연구는 동일 교수자의 동일 과목을 수강한 온라인과 오프라인 학생들을 대상으로 학생들의 회계수업에 대한 인식과 학습성과에 어떠한 차이를 보이는지 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 K사이버대학과 K오프라인대학의 수강생 211명에게 학습이해도, 강의컨텐츠 및 운영, 학습성과(만족도)에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석을 위한 도구로는 SPSS20.0 통계팩키지가 사용되었으며 가설검정을 위한 방법으로는 T-test와 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 학습이해도와 학습성과에서는 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 강의컨텐츠 및 운영과 관련된 2개의 항목(수업 사전안내의 적절성, 답변의 성실성)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 회귀분석의 결과로서 온라인 학생들에게는 내용에 대한 이해, 수업방식의 적절성, 평가방법의 적절성이 학습성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 오프라인 학생들에게는 수업방식의 적절성, 답변의 신속성, 평가방법의 적절성이 학습성과에 각각 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 회계교육의 학습성과를 온라인과 오프라인으로 구분하여 차이를 비교분석함으로써, 온라인 회계교육을 위한 실증적 자료를 제시한다는데 의의가 있다.

Abstract

These days, more and more students in offline universities take courses in cyber universities. While there are needs to differentiate the classes according to the students` background, there are not many studies on the difference of cyber university students and offline university students who are enrolled in cyber classes. The purpose of this study is to analyze differences between accounting classes in two groups(online and offline) on the same teacher for recognition and academic achievement. To achieve the goal, we conducted a survey that it asked lecture understanding, contents, class operation, academic performance(satisfaction) to the 211 students of K-cyber university and K-university. To analyse the survey, t-test and regression analysis is performed by SPSS20.0 package as a statistical tool. First, he finding of t-test indicate that two factors(lecture orientation, faithfulness of feedback) are significant. However, everything else was not significant. Second, according to result of regression analysis that online students’ academic performance was influenced by lecture understanding, class operation method, and evaluation method. On the other hand, offline students’ academic performance was influenced by class operation method, rapidity of feedback, and evaluation method. Though the results may not be generalized to all classes and universities, this study shows that there are clear differences between online and offline university students. It is suggested that cyber accounting classes for offline university students should be managed taking the results of the study into consideration.
