통합체육 수업 참여가 지적장애아동의 뇌기능 지수에 미치는 영향

이 연구의 목적은 통합체육 수업의 참여가 지적장애아동의 뇌기능 지수에 미치는 영향에 대하여 규명하였다. 연구대상으로는 A시에 소재하는 경도지적장애아동 총 20명으로써 B초등학교 재학 중이 경도지적장애아동 10명과 C특수체육센터에 내원하는 특수학교 재학 중인 아동 10명으로 구성하였다. 모든 자료는 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 잡단별(실험집단, 비교집단)과 시간별(운동 전, 후)에 관하여 이원반복측정 분산분석(2-way[2] RM ANOVA)으로 분석하였으며, 모든 통계적 유의수준은 .05로 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 집단 간에는 통합체육 수업이 자기조절지수, 주의지수(우측), 정서지수, 브레인지수의 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 측정시점에 있어서는 뇌기능지수의 모든 하위요인(자기조절지수, 기초율동지수, 주의지수, 활성지수, 정서지수, 스트레스지수, 좌․우뇌 균형, 브레인지수)에서 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 집단과 측정시점의 상호작용에서는 기초율동지수(우측), 주의지수(좌․우측), 활성지수(우측), 정서지수, 스트레스지수(우측), 브레인지수에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of participation in integrated physical education class on brain function index of children with intellectual disabilities. A total of 20 children with mild intellectual disabilities in A city were composed of 10 children with mild intellectual disabilities who were enrolled in elementary school in B and 10 children in special schools attending C special physical education center. All data were analyzed by SPSS 23.0 using 2-way [2] RM ANOVA for each group (experimental group, comparison group) and time (before and after exercise) 05. The results of this study were as follows: First, the integrated physical education classes had a positive effect on self - regulation index, attention index (right), emotional index and brain index. Second, at the time of measurement, all subfactors of the brain function index (self control index, basic rhythm index, attention index, activity index, emotion index, stress index, left and right brain balance, brain index) were positively influenced. Third, interaction between group and measurement point had a positive effect on basic rhythm index (right), attention index (left and right), activity index (right), emotion index, stress index (right) and brain index.
