This paper analyzed narration strategy of lyrical discourse and the meaning of cultural politics as reflected in David Der-wei Wang's ‘‘A History with feeling”. David Der-wei Wang proposed the lyrical discourse as counter discourse to Master narrative. He regarded history of the lyric as rhythm's process of Xingsheng(興聲) and Yuansheng(怨聲) against enlightenment narrative and teleological narratives of modern Chinese literary history. In particular, Yuansheng(怨聲) that was chain reaction of Xingsheng(興聲) was configured as the agency of lyric showing recursive continuity in ‘‘A History with feeling”. At the same time, his lyrical discourse was considered to be his existential dilemma to locus enunciation in China academia of the United States. It was shown to idea of discourse field that he planned in the process of discoursing the lyric or ‘Sinophone literature’. And it will be illustrated to image for his epistemological literal dialectics field in the process of discourse interference practically.
