중국회화 미학의 형신론을 기반으로 중국과 한국의 주거 건축의 전통성 표현에 관한 비교 연구 -장영화와 승효상의 주거 건축을 중심으로-

본 연구의 목적은 중국회화 미학의 관점에 따라 장영화 건축가와 승효상 건축가의 주거 건축 작품에서 전통의 형태적, 내용적 적용 방식과 표현 방법을 분석하고 중국회화 미학에서 형신에 대한 논의를토대로 두 건축가가 주거 건축설계에서 무엇을 더욱 중시하는지를 분석하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 장영화와 승효상의 건축 작품 중 전통성이 반영된 주거 건축작품을 각각 ３개씩 선정하여 분석을 진행한다. 연구 방법은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이론적 고찰을 통하여 장영화와 승효상의 건축이론을 살펴보고 건축 미학에서의 형식미학과 내용 미학에 대해 알아본다. 이를 통하여 건축의 형적 요소 및 신적 요소를도출한다. 둘째, 형신의 기원 및 발전과정과 중국회화 미학에서 형과 신의 관계를 살펴보고 형신 관계의 특징을 도출한다. 셋째, 분석 방법과 분석기준을 설정하고 분석의 틀을 도출한다. 넷째, 중국회화미학의 관점에 따라 장영화와 승효상의 주거 건축 작품을 비교 분석한다. 분석 결과, 두 건축가 모두주거 건축 설계과정에서 전통의 형적 요소보다 신적 요소를 더욱 중시하고 형태적 모방 보다는 전통의 내면적 특징을 활용하여 현대적 건축에서 전통성을 표현하였다. 동양의 미학과 이론이 중시되는 시대적 상황에서 본 연구가 전통의 계승 방법에 대한 담론을 형성하는데 기여하기를 기대하면서 현대주거 건축에서 전통성의 표현 방법 및 적용 방식에 대해 다음과 같이 제안한다. 현대의 주거 건축에서전통성의 표현은 그 표면에 나타나는 형태적 요소에만 중점을 두는 것이 아니라, 전통의 내면적 특징을 바탕으로 전통성을 구현해야 하며, 전통의 형태를 추구하여 전통 주거 건축을 그대로 모방하는 것이 아니라 전통 주거 건축의 특징을 해석하여 자신만의 방식으로 표현해야 한다. 다시 말해 전통성의표현 과정에서 중형보다는 중신, 즉 형태보다는 내용을 더욱 중시해야 한다는 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the traditional Form and content application methods and expression methods in residential architecture works by Zhang YongHe and Seung H-Sang according to the perspective of Chinese painting aesthetics, and to analyze what the two architects value more in residential architecture design. The subject of the study is Among the architectural works of Zhang YongHe and Seung H-Sang, three residential architectural works reflecting tradition are selected and analyzed. The research method is as follows. First, through a theoretical review, we examine the architectural theory of Zhang YongHe and Seung H-Sang, and learn about and formal aesthetics and content aesthetics in architectural aesthetics. Through this, Derive the form and Spirit elements. Second, the origin and development process of form and Spirit and the relationship between form and Spirit in Chinese painting aesthetics are examined and the characteristics of Derive the characteristics of form and mental relationship. Third, the analysis method and analysis criteria are established and the analysis framework is derived. Fourth, a comparative analysis of the residential architectural works of Zhang YongHe and Seung H-Sang is conducted according to the perspective of Chinese painting aesthetics. As a result of the analysis, Both architects valued the Spirit element more than the traditional form element in the residential architecture design process, and expressed tradition in modern architecture by utilizing the inner characteristics of the tradition rather than the form imitation. Based on the analysis results, In this study, the method of expressing and applying traditionality in modern residential architecture is proposed as follows. In modern residential architecture, in the process of expressing traditionality, we should pay more attention to the spirit than to the form, that is, we should pay more attention to the content than to the exterior.
