그 동안 공급체인관리 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들은 다양하게 연구되어 왔다. 또한 공급체인관리의 다양한 성과지표로서 고객서비스, 운영효율성 증진, 매출 향상 등이 제시되어 왔다. 그러나 본 연구와 같이 공급체인관리 성과에 영향을 미치는 신뢰요인을 세분하여, 신뢰요인에 영향을 미치는 요인과 공급체인 성과를 분석한 시도는 지금까지 찾아보기 어려운 실정이다. 본 연구는 신뢰 구축에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 자산특유성 요인과 경제적/환경적 불확실성 요인을 설정하고 이들 요인들과 공급체인 성과와의 관계를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 독립변수로 설정한 자산특유성과 외부 불확실성 요인의 신뢰성성과 타당성은 매우 높게 분석되었다. 연구 결과, 자산 특유성이나 외부불확실성 요인이 직접적으로 SCM 프로세스 성과에 상대적으로 유의적이지 않았지만, SCM의 매출액 성과에는 외부 불확실성 요인이 유의하게 분석되었다. 향후 연구주제로 좀 더 많은 데이터 수의 확보 및 대기업에 대한 설문을 근거로 한 SCM 성과에 미치는 요인을 파악하는 것이 필요할 것으로 판단한다.
Abstract
Prior studies have researched various factors that affect the performance of SCM(supply chain management). And, the customer service, the operational efficiency, and the sales index were suggested as the performances of SCM. This study, however, segmented the credibility factor to divide the antecedents of credibility and SCM performances. The antecedents of credibility were the asset-specific factor and the uncertainty of economic/environmental factor. These factors were analysed with the performances of SCM. The reliability and validity of our independents such as the asset-specificity and the uncertainty reached the satisfying level. In results, it was not statistically supported that the asset-specificity and the uncertainty did not directly affect the performances of SCM process, but it was supported that the uncertainty affected the sales performance of SCM. In future research, it is needed to research the factors of SCM performances in addition of richer data-collection and the cases of larger firms.
