불확실한 공급환경이 공급망 관리 활동에 미치는 영향: 공급망 구성원들 간 관계적 특성의 매개효과를 중심으로

초록

불확실성과 복잡성으로 대표되는 최근의 경영환경은 기업으로 하여금 공급망 내 구성원들 간의 전략적인 협력 관계를 형성하고 전체 공급망을 하나로 통합하여 관리하도록 한다. 본 연구는 불확실한 공급환경에서 공급망 간 원활한 물류 통합과 정보 공유를 위해서는 신뢰와 헌신을 바탕으로 한 구성원들 간의 관계가 선행이 되어야 한다고 생각하여 공급망 관리의 관계적 선행요소를 매개요인으로 두고 연구를 진행하였다. 그 결과 공급환경의 불확실성이 공급망 구성원들의 신뢰와 헌신의 수준을 향상(+)시키는 것을 나타났으며 신뢰가 물류 통합과 정보 공유에 긍정적인(+) 영향을 미치는 점을 확인하였다. 그러나 헌신의 경우 물류 통합에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만 정보 공유에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 파악되었다. 따라서 본 연구를 바탕으로 불확실한 공급환경에서 기업은 공급망 관리활동을 수행하기 위해서는 공급망 구성원들 간에 신뢰를 바탕으로 한 관계를 유지할 수 있도록 지속적으로 자원을 투자하여 전략적인 상호 관계를 형성하여야 할 것이다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of trust and commitment as the relationship attributes among supply chain members on the relationship between supply uncertainty and supply chain management such as logistics integration and information sharing. As a result of hypothesis tests, supply uncertainty affects positively on trust and commitment, and also trust influences positive impacts on both logistics integration and information sharing. However, commitment affects on only logistics integration positively. In addition, trust and commitment undertake the medium role between the supply uncertainty and Supply chain management activities, respectively. Thus, this study suggests firms should establish the strategic relationship based on trust and commitment with suppliers under uncertain supply environment.
