A Study on the Job Analysis Method linked with National Competence Standard: Focusing on Purchasing Duties

The National Competency Standard is a systematic organization of the knowledge, skills and attitudes required by the state to perform tasks in the industrial field and it is the national standard that standardizes the ability to perform successfully in the industrial field. However, in order to utilize NCS in companies, it is difficult to differentiate them from existing jobs and how to apply them. In order for each company to utilize NCS capability units, each company should customize it. Therefore, this study suggests a method of NCS and mapping through job analysis and job performance index to the purchase job that the company is performing.
Abstract
