군사보안이 국가안보에 미치는 영향은 매우 크다. 특히, 국가안보와 관련된 임무를수행하고 있는 실무자가 군사보안을 어떻게 인식하고 어떻게 행동하는지는 보안정책을 계획하고 집행하는데 매우 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구는 개인은 자신의 효용을극대화하는 가정 하에 개인의 선택모형을 통해 보안에 대한 다양한 상황을 수리적모형을 통해 분석하였다. 특히, 임무수행을 위한 시간제약 조건하에서 개인은 어떤선택을 하는지에 대한 문제를 현재 이뤄지는 다양한 보안정책이 개인의 선택 효용함수에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 수치적으로 분석하여 향후 보안정책을 수행하는데도움이 되기 위해 연구하였다. 연구결과, 개인은 자신의 효용을 극대화하기 위한선택을 하는데 이 때 임무를 수행하는데 소요되는 시간과 개인이 인식하는 임무에대한 중요도가 가장 큰 영향을 주었다. 따라서, 정책수행 시 고려할 요소로 보안준수 시 소요되는 시간을 감소시키고 개인의 보안 인식 중요성이 증가하는 방향으로 추진이 필요하다.
Abstract
The impact of military security on national security is very significant. In particular, how practitioners performing national security-related duties perceive military security and how they act is a very important factor in planning and executing security policy. This study analyzed various security situations through a mathematical model through an individual's choice model, under the assumption that individuals maximize their own utility. In particular, it helps in carrying out future security policies by numerically analyzing the issue of what choices an individual makes under time constraints for mission performance and how various currently implemented security policies affect the utility function of the individual's choice. I studied to become this. As a result of the study, individuals make choices to maximize their utility, and the time required to perform a task and the importance of the task perceived by the individual had the greatest influence. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the time required to comply with security as a factor to consider when implementing policies and to increase the importance of individuals' awareness of security.
