본 연구의 목적은 군 장교의 처벌에 대한 지각과 국방보안 준수 의도의 관계에서보안 감수성의 조절효과를 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 지각된 처벌을독립변수, 보안 감수성을 조절변수, 그리고 국방보안 준수 의도를 종속변수로하는 연구모형을 설정하였다. 연구모형을 검증하기 위해 군 장교 208명을대상으로 설문조사를 시행하여 통계적 분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과같다. 첫째, 군 장교의 처벌에 대한 지각은 국방보안 준수 의도에 유의한 정(+)의관계를 나타내었다. 둘째, 조절 회귀분석을 통하여 분석한 결과 보안감수성 중인식과 지식은 지각된 처벌과 국방보안 준수 의도 간 관계를 조절하는 것으로검증되었으나, 동기의 조절효과는 규명되지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로국방보안 수준을 향상하기 위한 방안, 연구의 시사점 및 제한점 등을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to verify the moderating effect of security sensitivity on the relationship between military officer’s perception of punishment and defense security compliance intention. To this end, a research model was established. The research model was analyzed based on the survey results of 208 military officers. The results are as follows. First, the perceived punishment had a significant positive(+) effect on the defense security compliance intention. Second, as a result of moderated regression analysis, awareness and knowledge among security sensitivity were confirmed to have a moderating effect on the relationship between perceived punishment and defense security compliance intention, but the moderating effect of motivation was not identified. Based on these research results, measures to improve the level of defense security, implications and limitations of the study were presented.
