구속사적 관점에서 본 개혁주의 선교적 리더십 연구 - 네러티브 접근방식으로

본 연구는 개혁주의 구속사적 관점으로, 네러티브 접근방식을통해 성경적 인물의 선교적 리더십을 분석하고, 원리를 발견하여이를 현대 선교적 리더십에 적용할 수 있는 구체적인 지침을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 개혁주의는 성경의 절대적 권위를 강조하며, 하나님의 주권과 구속 계획을 중심으로 신학적 사고와 실천을 전개하는 신학적 전통이다. 개혁주의 신학은 성경을 하나님의구속 역사로 일관되게 해석하며, 이 구속사가 어떻게 하나님의 주권적인 계획 속에서 실현되었는지를 중점적으로 다룬다. 이러한 개혁주의 신학을 바탕으로 본 연구는 선교적 리더십을 재해석하고자 한다. 네러티브 접근방식은 성경 속 인물들의 삶과 사역을 하나님의 구속 계획과 연관 지어 이해하는 중요한 방법론이다. 이를 통해성경적 리더십이 단순한 이론적 분석이 아니라, 실천적 선교 상황에서 구체적으로 적용될 수 있음을 강조한다. 연구자는 아담, 아브라함, 모세, 여호수아, 다윗, 선지자, 예수님, 바울, 사도 요한 등 성경적 인물들의 리더십을 구속사적 관점에서 분석하면서, 그들의 리더십이 하나님의 구속 계획을 실현하는 데 중심적인 역할을 했음을 밝힌다. 또한 이러한 리더십 원리가오늘날의 선교적 리더십에서도 중요한 교훈을 제공할 수 있음을 주장한다. 특히, 개혁주의 선교적 리더십은 단순한 조직적 지도력이아니라, 하나님 나라를 확장하고, 제자를 양육하며, 타인을 섬기는데 중점을 둔 리더십으로 실현되어야 함을 논의한다. 또한, 네러티브 접근방식은 성경 속 다양한 사건과 인물의 리더십을 분석함으로써, 오늘날 선교적 리더들이 복음을 전하는 데 있어 문화적 이해와 적응의 중요성을 강조한다. 성경적 원리를 현대 선교적 상황에적용함으로써, 복음의 본질을 유지하면서도 다양한 문화적 맥락에서 효과적으로 선교적 전략을 수립할 수 있다는 통찰을 제시한다. 결론적으로, 본 연구는 성경적 네러티브 접근방식이 개혁주의선교적 리더십을 이해하고 실천하는 데 있어 중요한 틀을 제공하며, 현대 선교적 리더들이 성경적 원리에 기반한 리더십을 실현하는 데 필요한 실천적 교훈을 제시하고 있음을 강조한다.
Abstract
This study aims to analyze Reformed missional leadership through a redemptive-historical narrative approach and derive practical guidelines for applying it to modern missional lead ership. Reformed theology emphasizes the absolute authori ty of Scripture and develops theological thought and practice centered on God’s sovereignty and redemptive plan. Reformed theology consistently interprets the Bible as God’s redemptive history, focusing on how this redemptive narrative unfolds within God’s sovereign plan. Based on this Reformed theol ogy, the study seeks to reinterpret missional leadership. The narrative approach is an important methodology that links the lives and ministries of biblical figures to God’s redemptive plan. This method highlights that biblical leadership is not merely theoretical but can be concretely applied in practical mission al contexts. The researcher analyzes the leadership of biblical figures such as Adam, Abraham, Moses, Joshua, David, the prophets, Jesus, Paul, and John from a redemptive-historical perspective, revealing how their leadership played a central role in realizing God’s redemptive plan. Additionally, these lead ership principles offer important lessons for today’s missional leadership. Particularly, Reformed missional leadership must be realized not as mere organizational leadership but as lead ership focused on expanding God’s kingdom, discipling, and serving others. The narrative approach analyzes the leadership of various figures and emphasizes the importance of cultur al understanding and adaptation for modern missional leaders in sharing the gospel. By applying biblical principles to mod ern missional contexts, this study provides insights on how to maintain the essence of the gospel while effectively developing missional strategies in diverse cultural settings. In conclu sion, this study highlights that the biblical narrative approach provides a crucial framework for understanding and practic ing Reformed missional leadership, offering practical lessons for contemporary missional leaders in implementing leadership grounded in biblical principles.
