포스트모던 시대에 선교 발전을 위한 선교적 멘토링 리더십에 대한 연구

Abstract

This study aims to study missionary mentoring leadership for ministers and missionaries for powerful and continuous missionary development beyond cultures in the postmodern age. The 21st century world missionary work awares of the existence and the importance of missionary church in missionary work more deeply than ever before. However, many people still understand the missionary work as the concept of missionary work in the past where a small number of people evangelize and plant churches. However, as the interest in missionary churches has been raised by Korean missionary scholars, Korean churches naturally begin to accept it. Such future-oriented missionary church begins with displaying the influential leadership of minisrers and missionaries. It can be said that the issue of leadership not only in the world in which we live but also in church is a very important theme as well as an issue. However, leadership in church, unlike leadership in the world, is an important theme to restore the essence of church and to spread the gospel in this rapidly changing postmodern age. The ministers and missionaries in the missionary church rather than in the church only to effectively spread the gospel in the world should break away from the institutional and traditional leadership method in the past. Accordingly, the missionary mentoring leadership exists in the church that fulfills the missionary mission toward the world in restoring the essence of missionary church today. Like the incarnation of Jesus Christ for the missionary mission of church, the incarnating missionary mentoring leadership that makes the eyes of ministers and missionaries shine with the gospel is needed. To revitalize the world missionary work, Korean church should not only pursue the ideal of missional ecclesiology and strengthen the missionary constitution of ministers and missionaries but also should take precedence of the deep understanding of missionary work and advocate and teach the missionary mentoring leadership so that it comes to fruition. To achieve the fruitful goal of leadership, this study examined the understanding of leadership needed in the postmodern age and the understanding of missionary leadership, and the change model of missionary mentoring leadership in the Old Testament and the New Testament in the missionary mentoring leadership and the change model of missionary mentoring leadership in the missional ecclesiology.
