一般大学におけるオンライン授業の実践報告 -学習者の満足度調査を中心に-

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to introduce online courses in general university that mainly manages offline courses. It is necessary to confirm the student’s satisfaction in online courses and problems. First of all, the paper introduced how “Business Japanese” class is managed from 1st week to 15th week in 2nd semester and winter semester. Also, it explained the way to support students, for example, practicing expressions in offline classes. After analyzing the student’s satisfaction, the advantage of online courses is verified also in general university, which is that students can take classes anytime and anywhere. However, there were also disadvantages of online courses. Students tend to forget going to classes and they want to have more contacts with teachers and other students. After the survey about satisfaction with regard to solve these problems, students were highly satisfied with practicing expressions in offline classes. Moreover, during the limited time, we checked students individually and led them to take classes on their own. It is meaningful to introduce online class management especially at this starting point of online courses in general university nowadays. There is also significance in analyzing student’s satisfaction and considering different points of views from the instructors to students.
