This research has the purpose to argue the compilation plan of college writing textbook of foreign students which adopts process-oriented and topic-oriented strategy on the basis of demanding survey. After exploiting demanding survey, we arrange many functions considering writing's structure in the 'vocabulary, expressions' and 'core grammar' column for instructing lexical-approached grammar. These which contains linking words and expression for academic writing make differences this book from others. This research consists of three parts. In part one, we discussed contents to learn Korean basic grammar, and knowledge to organize methods generating contents through process-oriented learning. In part two, we debated on the principles and methods organizing writing activity evoking social point at issue in the base of reading-to-write learning. In part three, we also argued about plans to make contents on writing forms and methods in writing for academic purpose.
