<한글 맞춤법> 보조 용언 띄어쓰기 규정에 대한 검토

The purpose of this study was to propose a better regulation by reviewing the provisions on auxiliary verb usage among the current <Hangeul Orthography> regulations. In this process, the grammatical characteristics of auxiliary phrases and the tendency of spacing of phrases were considered. In the current regulations, it is a principle to spacing auxiliary verbs. and it is allowed to splicing, but it was judged that there were several problems with the relevant “allowed” regulations. Therefore, in this study, it was proposed to revise the principle to “In principle, it should be spliced and written, but in some cases, it should be spaced”. In the case of this regulation, there is a great advantage in that consistent spacing can be achieved. This is aimed at correcting the problems of the current regulations, and above all, it is to satisfy the convenient use of language by speakers, the ultimate purpose of <Hangeul Orthography>. This attempt is significant in itself that it identified the problem of the existing regulations and attempted to revise them.
