내재화, 외현화, 내-외 혼재 장애를 가진 아동들의 소득수준 간 임상 특성 비교

초록

본 연구에서는 정서․행동 문제로 치료 중인 아동들이 소득 수준에 따라 임상 양상에 어떠한 차이가 있는지 알아보고자 한다. 서울형 아동․청소년 주간치료센터 송파 아이존, 중구 아이 존과 경기도 소재 사설민간의료기관을 이용하는 정서․행동 문제 아동을 건강보험 보장 수준 에 따라 선별하여 그 대상으로 하였다. 임상적인 특성을 알아보기 위해 연구 도구는 웩슬러 지능검사(K-WISC-Ⅲ)와 정밀주의집중력검사(ATA), 아동 청소년 행동평가 척도(K-CBCL)를 사용 하였다. 연구 결과, 소득 수준에 따른 결과 비교 시 전체지능에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났으 며, 하위척도 중 언어이해 능력과 관련된 소검사에서만 유의미한 차이가 두드러졌다. 내재화, 외현화, 내-외 혼재 문제로 구분하여 비교하였을 때도 동작성 소검사의 차이는 전혀 나타나 지 않았으나, 저소득 집단의 언어적인 능력이 일반소득 집단에 비해 상대적으로 낮았다. 특 히, 내-외 혼재문제를 가지고 있는 아동 집단에서의 차이가 두드러졌다. ATA를 통해 소득에 따른 두 집단의 주의집중력의 차이를 비교했을 때, 주의집중력 문제 양상에 차이가 나타났다. 즉, 저소득 집단의 아동은 시각적으로 부주의하며 불안정한 주의집중력 문제가 더 많았고, 일 반소득 집단의 아동은 청각적으로 반응시간이 느린 문제가 높게 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연 구의 시사점과 제한점이 논의되었다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to compare clinical characteristics of children, who visit clinics for emotional-behavior problems in different income levels. To compare children with emotional-behavior problems by the income levels, Songpa AiZone and Junggu Aizone, Seoul Type of Children & Adolescents Day Treatment Center and private medical institution in Gyeonggi are selected. Research tools such as Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (K-WISC-Ⅲ), Advanced Test for Attention(ATA), Korean-Cildren Behavior Checklist(K-CBCL) are used to verify the clinical characteristics. In results, there was non-significant difference between performance intelligence in cognitive function among income differentials. but Low income group has shown significantly low score in full scale intelligence, verbal intelligence, verbal comprehension index, similarities, vocabulatory, comprehence, arithmetic test. also, there was no significant difference among internalizing, externalizing and comorbidity in performance intelligence. however, verbal ability of low income and comorbidity group was significantly low than ordinary income group. Result from Advanced Test for Attention(ATA) displays that low income group scored higher points in visual omission error, visual stadard deviation of response and ordinary income group receiving significantly higher score in auditory response time area. Lastly implications and limitations of this study was discussed.
